Dr Shah explained in detail the condition of my knee is clear understandable terms. He took the time to cover my options and answer all of my wife's and I questions. Dr Shaw was very personable.
From the minute I walked in I got attention. Receptionist was very pleasant leading me to the staff who took my vitals and then to the PA who took my new issues about my problem. Dr. Jaffe came in as soon as my history was being done and he was perfectly attentive, discussing my new procedure with great positivity. All in all perfect meeting!

Doctor Jeremy Jaffe and the nurse crew he had working on me, though it was a simple half a minute procedure, had as they usually do, incredible bedside and or chair side manner. As I have had previous visits with Dr. Jaffe will do anything within his capabilities and include anything he can to bring about positive healing.
