DO NOT GO HERE Seoul Spa and Sauna is an absolute joke of a place. We were threatened and intimidated by management over tipping — after we had already tipped. Apparently it “wasn’t enough,” and we were told the ladies would “remember us” if we didn’t give more. That’s not service — that’s coercion. Today marks the first day I have ever felt so publicly humiliated by a so called “healing” business. I have been to this Korean spa and sauna several times, and while the owner comes across as rude it was never to this level. My sisters and I made an appointment for the body scrub which is definitely an “experience”. After spending half of our time in the sauna and steam room we were brought into a room for the scrub. This place has been our go-to spot for months, which makes this experience even more disappointing. They promote a membership to make services seem cheaper, but then pressure customers to tip more to make up the difference. On top of that, they ask for cash, appear to be making money under the table, and still push for additional money—even after already giving a discounted price. Wonderful experience..I loved the sauna..dry and steam and cannot wait to return. My skin was hydrated for more than a week.
