I got my hair wet when I was getting my body scrub and the cucumber facecal the cucumber wasn't sliced it was mashed Also when I was getting my services massage it was so loud coming from the sauna. and all the Kiki and then laughing cuz there was a group of girls in their I lost my relaxation focus and no one that worked there told them to keep it down NOT HAPPY

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this establishment. I booked and paid for a 60-minute full body massage, but unfortunately, the service did not meet even basic expectations. From the start, the experience felt unprofessional. I was left standing in the hallway wearing only a towel and was told to sit on a bench while staff went back and forth in their language trying to decide who would give me my massage.
