Nicole is great with ethinc hair! As a fellow Korean adoptee, she knows how to handle our hair, which is rare to find. Reasonably priced. She books fast. Schedule early! Highly recommend!
10/10 experience and satisfaction with my perm! I felt very comfortable and welcomed during my visit, Nicole is a go to for anyone getting a perm (especially for first timers)
I’m really upset about my haircut. Nicole is a nice person, so this is difficult to write, but the results were terrible—an uneven, choppy cut that looked like I had cut it myself. On a previous visit, I received a perm, but it did not turn out well and did not appear to be a perm at all. I feel that more training or experience may be needed. The cost was also higher than comparable Asian salons in the Twin Cities. I hope additional training or refinement of technique could improve future results.
BEST. Haircut. EvEr! Nicole knows my hair and asks 2 questions and it turns out perfect! My dry, straight hair now looks shiny black and with shape! She knows I'm a no-nonsense girl, my hair looks great with just a wash and air dry, looks great up AND I know it will grow out great until the next Haircut! 10/10
