I was so excited that someone in MN was going korean hair treatments and booked a korean digital perm and root perm. After going, I would not recommend this place, here are all the challenges: - The system let me book both services but when I got to the salon, I was told that I couldn't do both at the same time due to using different solutions and processing times. It was frustrating to know I had to rebook and come back and another time if I wanted to get both done, the system should have build in guardrails for this. - The... read more
I love Nicole!! She is the sweetest person ever! She definitely knows how to make you feel comfortable and confident. My hair went from flat to flamboyant in a span of minutes! Time flies with Nicole and I loved every moment with her. She also gave me good recommendations for growing out my hair as well since it always grows so slow. Services from Nicole is definitely a must!
Nicole was awesome!! She really knows hair types, and I learned some new things about my own hair. She also explained the steps she was taking as she did my hair, too. Overall great experience, I recommend.
