The cooks used her hand in the pancake seafood batter. So unsanitary! The young man came from outside and went into the make table area, use hand to handle the cabbage salad and put it on the to go container. Note he did not wash his hands, he was rubbing his nose, had his hands on top of his head again so unsanitary! They other young lady use all the proper utensils to handle the food, she was very courteous at all times. I cannot stress enough how much I love this place. The food is fantastic. I have never had an issue with them not paying attention to special instructions. The shop itself is so so cute and cozy. I hope this place never goes away. 🥹
