I am truly grateful that I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Jeong at Seoul Dental. Earlier this year, the crown on my 20-year-old implant came loose, and I needed to have the implant replaced. Absolutely love the dentists, nurses and hygienists here but the front desk lady about in her 40-50s with dimples is absolutely terrible to deal with.. she was giving attitudes over the phone but I didn’t expect her to be rude in person as well. The younger lady in the front is okay.. I see some other reviews about the receptionist and please do something about her service!
