A delightful addition to the hip/funky scene south of Cesar Chavez, Señor Veggie starts out by welcoming guests with bold colors and friendly pedestrian frontage. Once inside, the hard surfaces result in less than stellar acoustics, but that's the only complaint I have. The service is very friendly and helpful. The food is fresh, delicious, and creative. Ahhhhhh!!! So amazing. Fresh, flavorful, authentic food with a twist. I would go daily if I could. The poblano fritters are incredible and the street tacos are amazing. Very generous portions. Even the kids menu is flavorful and healthy too! We need one in Austin!!
Never again! Very disappointing service, and the food was taste as well as lacking creativity. Of the four things ordered all tasted alike, they just dump some hot peppers into everything and kill all the delicious vegetables! Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Ive been there twice now and have been very impressed each time. My only criticism would be the sweet potato wedges wre a bit soogy and not very warm.
It was great! I had the mushroom fajitas. Wish they had more menu choices, especially gluten free.
