Dr. Hong was highly recommended to me by knowledgeable friends. I too have been very impressed by Dr. Seogeun Hong's knowledge and professionalism.
Great bedside manner! Very knowledgeable, accommodating and straightforward.
I'm sure Dr Hong is a great doctor. Unfortunately, her staff is subpar. They sent an incorrect prescription to the pharmacy for my 93 year old mother. They were not accountable for their error. Terrible listeners. Very defensive. I tried to escalate my concerns however, the office manager indicated Dr Hong is not interested in feedback about her support staff.
Dr. Hong is very professional and friendly! :) She is one of the most caring doctors that I have ever had. I highly recommend her and her staff!
