Everyone at this office has always been very kind! I usually very much do not like going to the dentist, but Dr. Senzer and all his staff are very sweet and make you feel at home. Lynda has been nothing but sweet since the first day I came here. I've never had a dentist that I liked going in for, so I hope to keep coming here for a long time! The Dr is a nice man. Very pleasant. The dental hygienist did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. The receptionist Lynda can be nice somedays and can also be moody. If you are lucky you will catch her on a good day. The office is dingy.
Do not come here. You can find better dentist whose staff is accommodating and professional. The receptionist Lynda is extremely rude, unprofessional, and quite frankly shouldn’t be working there. Just because she is married to the doctor she thinks she can speak to patients however she wants. Since she seems pretty unsuccessful in finding a job on her own to the point in relying on her husband to employ her, there’s no wonder why she acts so miserable. If you think about making an appointment, don’t.
Terrible Experience with the Receptionist, Lynda I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, Lynda. From the moment I walked in, she was unwelcoming and unprofessional. The receptionist Lynda is extremely rude and unprofessional. Have been going to see Dr senzer for years, and she has never been pleasant. Not worth the hassle, save yourself the trouble and find somewhere with proper hospitality.
