I was hired through senture for a teleperformance position. I worked there 3 weeks in October of 2025, it was the most awful training I've ever experienced, so I left the company. I returned the equipment within 7 days of leaving. They have documentation that I signed when I returned the equipment and I was on camera. They are now trying to say I never returned the equipment and trying to charge me for it or send it to collections. They are a great company to work for. The pay is always great and I love the work environment.
This company states they are lgbtq friendly but don't let them fool you they let you work here but that's it no promotions if you don't fit in with their beliefs they treat the lgbtq community horrible with no chance of them talking to employees either it's like many companies have to be on their favoritism list to get anywhere in this company
Multiple third-party software companies. Multiple error codes. Multiple assessments you have to take during on-boarding. This screams SCAM!!!
