I worked with Senture from 2010 to 2024 and had great experiences here. Coworkers are some of the finest people I have ever met and management goes out of their way to accommodate special requests. If you maintain your work schedule, you can and will succeed. They get the best contracts and provide a real family-type atmosphere. I'm grateful for my time with Senture.

I currently work here its not bad its just i wish there was better communication. Going into this i was never told how long my contract is for my current job i still dont know honestly going into 6 months. I also feel we was just thrown in with not really any training we had to learn the ropes ourselves. I never would have made it this far without the navigators assistance thats for sure ! But It def has its pros and cons like any other call centers.

Do not work here. They don’t care for your mental health and will wrongly fire you. HR was of no help and made me cry. Very evil workplace.

By far, this is the worse job on plant I’ve ever worked for and I’ve been in customer service for years. The supervisors Haley to be exact really entitled, the company it self has taking about 10 hours every week doing mandatory MTO that wasn’t notified or anything just out the blue right when school starts I applied and got hired for full time tho. I AM ALSO HAVING COMPANY SYSTEM ISSUES AND WAS TOLD TO CLOCK OUT BECAUSE THEY ONLY PAY GOR 30 mins of system issues time if you got kids unlike employee amber that wants to be Pa... read more
