Our experience with this company has not been as expected. Could not get information from the agent. Three times we requested contact information changed due to a move. That did not happen. When that created further communication problems with billing, it was turned around by the agent and made our fault. When companies make mistakes, (and I understand that happens) they usually fall on their sword and make it right. Not this group. We would not recommend Mike Haslam.
In my career, I have worked with many insurance brokers but SentryWest is my favorite by a fair distance. Mike Haslam and Alaina Ollerton have provided a level of proactive service and risk management knowledge that I did not know was possible. I am truly grateful for the support and partnership we have and I sleep good at night knowing they are staying on top of risks, industry changes, and our documentation.
