Read this ! I bought a SentrySafe which was closed when I unpacked the safe. No way to open it, also after several contacts with their customer service. After a few weeks, they ask me if I want to write a review which I did and which was of course not positive. Now they CENSORED the review and they refuse to publish it. Our safe will no longer open when using the combination it has always had. Do you have a suggestion? We have items inside that we would love to get out. Is paying a locksmith the only solution? We are very disappointed in the product and would love to hear from you.
Taking Jobs from the US is just wrong agree with another post boycott, or keep your safes in Mexico we don't want them here!!!!
Closing operations and moving to Mexico...shame on you. Boycott all Sentry Safe products!!!
We have been on hold multiple times (25-35 minutes each time) and have never been able to speak to someone. Safe is locked in the open position. I've e-mailed them today to see if we get any help that way.
Sentry Safe Customer Care is horrible. Insulting and uncooperative and refused to let me speak to someone else who might be less condescending and actually help. Now I have a safe that has one (electronic) way to open and no way to open it.
They are junk mine won't even open anymore! Now I have to try and get all my stuff out! Full of silver coins thanks for the wast of money junk you sell assholes
This is my 4th, FOURTH!!, sentry safe. The company has continued to send me new ones since they keep breaking shortly after we get them. FOURTH!!! IM DONE. you people have a crappy product and I'm tired of waiting for one that works. Every time i call, I wait forever for someone to help me, then they seem to have an attitude because I'm frustrated with THEIR PRODUCT!!
