I'm hearing thumping as I turn. And they didn't too off the window washer fluids like they were supposed to. I had front slay barlink replaced in my car. I don't even think they test drove it. Not happy 😒
Well, I would not bring your Mazda here for any warranty work. We took the Mazda to another dealership and they ID a problem with a leak around the timing chain. They couldn't do the work until after the warranty was up. So we went here. Made an appointment with exactly what needed to be done. We were told bring it in. Should take a day so arrive at 830-9 am. After a negative experience with Auburn Mazda dealership I went into Sentry with a bad taste in my mouth. I expected to be given the “playbook”. My husband and I thought we were being punked as they guided us through an effortless process of buying a new car! I had my car serviced here earlier this year for a routine oil change. Not long afterward, I noticed oil leaking onto my garage floor, but I didn’t realize where it was coming from at first. Eventually, my car displayed a low engine oil warning, so I took it to another Mazda dealer.
