My experience at Ira Mazda today was truly 10 out of 10. I arrived late, but the team welcomed me like a VIP. Someone opened the door for me, greeted me warmly, and immediately made me feel that they were there to help. You can really feel when a place genuinely cares about its customers, and the team at Ira Mazda does an amazing job creating that atmosphere. I came in because a dashboard light had stopped working. Great cars and the service people are super helpful and knowledgeable. Chris went out of his way to make time to help me with a problem that turned out to be minor on a busy work day. Plus the car (cx30) is great and fun to drive, handles well. Sticking with Mazda from now on.
I walked in knowing exactly what car I wanted and had already confirmed the out the door price before arriving. The process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated how transparent both the sales consultant and the sales manager, Tim, were throughout. I would definitely buy from here again.
My experience with the sales department at Mazda this morning was horrible. I went to the dealer as a motivated buyer because I’ve heard great things about the brand and this particular dealer and had high hopes. First, I drove a 2023 Mazda CX30 that very clearly had warped rotors, which was concerning as it only had 10k miles on it.
