visited the dealership because I was very interested in a pre-owned vehicle and was genuinely ready to purchase it. Troy was my salesperson, and while he was fine to work with, he let me know he wouldn’t be there later and introduced me to a manager . Unfortunately, that interaction completely changed my impression of the dealership. Stopped in last week with my 18 Mazda for a key issue. Mel and the guys in service took awesome care of me. The technician sent a video explaining the issue and what was involved to correct it. Melissa maintained communication throughout the whole process to keep me informed. It's really hard these days to find a reputable shop nevermind a dealership that takes care of your vehicle and the customer. But I'm happy I found these guys and they have all my business.
Was told a car was available on the lot via a phone call and an E-mail, drove 40 miles to be told it was sold yesterday. What I got was the excuse the computer updates slowly.
On Monday, 4/27/2026 our Mazda CX30 was at the dealership. Car would not start and we needed diagnostics done to determine the issue. Rather then have us wait, a loaner was provided to us. Later that afternoon, we got the call that the battery needed to be replaced. It had to be done, so the work was authorized. Work was done quickly and all is fine. This dealership is the best. Highly recommended for their outstanding service.
