I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. I was charged for an audio issue that was never properly resolved. To make matters worse, they caused additional problems by incorrectly reconnecting a USB connection. During my discussions about the audio issue, some of the staff members were also rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. Absolute worst mazda dealership. I had a minor OEM issue with my 2026 CX50, well within bumber to bumber warranty and the service department manager just refused to see it, since I didn't buy from them, and told me that he is glad that I didn't purchase it from them. Patrick Mazda simply heard and scheduled it for me. Don't go to Sentry mazda in Shrewsbury.
I just called up and explained that my local mechanic diagnosed my car with an issue that had a service bulletin put out, which means the warrantee was extended specifically to cover it. I called up Sentry West, explained the issue, and was told that the soonest they could fix my car, which is currently inoperable, was six weeks. Thanks for making it clear you don't want my business, I guess.
Excellent customer service, beautiful dealership - they went above and beyond Scotty and Tim to help me get the car I wanted in the time I needed - thank you both again!
I'm hearing thumping as I turn. And they didn't too off the window washer fluids like they were supposed to. I had front slay barlink replaced in my car. I don't even think they test drove it. Not happy 😒
