PLEASE READ this before deciding to offer this place your business. I reached out via phone, emails, and their website messaging tool on multiple occasions, to request assistance at first and then to cancel the "contract" and I recevied NO answer. I did not even sign a contract with them, nor seen/used a storage unit and I am still being charged for absolutely no reason. Please be aware and do not make the mistake to reserve or rent a unit from this place.
Terrible service here. Was a long term customer. Kept raising my rate. Never got a hold of anyone when needed. Try calling? Nobody ever answers. Leave a voicemail? Don’t get a call back. I’ve had to email several times to get any communication. Been trying to cancel for over a month and can’t get a response. I don’t even have any of my belongings in this unit and they’re still charging me even after I request to cancel! Awful business. Never want to go here again. Money hungry and don’t care about customers.
After dealing with landlords in general in Bozeman, this company is a breath of fresh air. They have good prices and are very polite and respectful. The process of renting a unit from them was extremely easy. I would definitely recommend them!
