Seriously wish i could put 0 starz, or maybe even negative, ever since they switch companys to public storage, they raised my rent and removed all the carts that they had in the office that we could use when we moved heavy or big furniture, for gods sake my storage is on the second floor and the elevators are constantly breaking down, i even got stuck in there once, they changed the hours and prices and fees and everything, so inconvinient!!
