I used an outside unit at the Southampton branch till recently when I moved house and gave up the unit after 4-1/2 years. I never experienced any problems in this time, I had 24hr 7 day a week outside access and would recommend this. Staff were polite,available and knowledgable. Whilst their corporate colours may not jump out at you their service delivers as It should!
