Update: I'm not sure when I wrote what's below... it would be years ago. Oct 25, it is still true! They decided to change the service helping them collect my monthly storage charges... and my side of the switch over couldn't have been easier. If only more firms worried about what their customers want rather than what is easiest for the firm. Sentry take good care of me and what I store.
