Since this was a newer facility, I expected it to be maintained better than it is. I have made two complaints about the building my unit is in and nothing was ever done about it. The first time there was water in the hallway. More recently, someone had spilled chips all in the hallway. There was a trail of them. Both times, I reported to an employee. Unit was clean and kiosk is available but difficult to use. No employee on site during normal posted office hours on a Saturday preventing the use of our organizations tax exemption.
Excellent facility. Clean, modern, good access. Staff is friendly and knowledgable.
Storage units and the facility are great, but they increase prices and charge additional fees on a whim.
