I was very happy with the service. However, things change and I have to make hard choices on what can be afforded. I emailed a cancellation request. Received a reply it was received and processed. The final payment should have been 2 months ago. Yet I am still being charged for the service. Today I called the main # a lady answered was rude and unhelpful. She hung up on me.
