We can't say enough about how well our replacing of our roof and replacing of our gutters went with Sentry roofing. Brandon Alt was great to work with. Brandon explained everything thoroughly with us, either by phone, text messaging or email. Brandon also worked well with our insurance making sure we were covered. Brandon Alt and Sentry Roofing did a great job for us. Prior to having it done he sent his crew out to tarp our roof, which was missing several shingles, due to a storm coming. When a tarp was coming up due to the wind, I called Brandon and he had someone out in 15 minutes repairing it. His crew came out a few days later, completely replacing the decking/roof in one day. Roof looks very good, and holding up well. Professional and courteous, highly recommend em.
We had extensive hail damage to our roof. My insurance company actually recommended Brandon Alt at Sentry Roofing, and I am grateful that they did. Brandon explained exactly what the damages were and our choices available for the repairs. His crew did an amazing job, starting and finishing right on the schedule we discussed.
