Vendor completed roofing project on our townhouses within the past year. I’ve lived in this townhouse for eight years without any issue. First heavy rain, leak appeared. Reported same day and took the vendor over a week to address. The tech that came out stated he couldn’t find the source of the leak. He stated he needs to come out while it is still wet. I need answers and phone calls answered. That’s not the case with this company. I really have to answer to the powers to be and by them not responding in a timely manner it causes a disruption in my professional services to those whom I represent.
