Dispatch and managers are very rude and unprofessional. Do not bother calling someone saying a tech is on the way now for them to show up hours later. Dispatch also needs a lesson in customer service as they made threats

Dalton, our technician, came by and showed up on time. He was very helpful and explained things well. Appreciated his service and he gave me good details on when he'd plan to return and when worked should be finished up.
Promise me they will call back in 3 days with results. Week after still no one call. Also I was asking for the number of the person that came to my home and they give me wrong number. They will waste your time. Please find different provider for you need.
