I've been staying in hotels for a long time. This is one of the worst, smelliest, most neglected hotels I've ever seen. I don't recommend it at all. The location is great, and the exterior looks great, but the service quality inside and all the amenities the hotel offers are very poor.
Community manager Brenna should really be recognized. Through her efforts, our community feels safe & clean. Great communications and management partnership!
As homeowners for several years at the Riverside Condominiums in the Stockade area of Schenectady, we are extremely impressed with the friendliness and approachability of Jim Leonard. Jim is relatively new on the job as the Community Association Manager and he is a refreshing change. He appears to be very “hands on” with dealing not only with Board Members, but also the residents in our community. We welcome him and hope he will stay with us for a long time. Tom and Kathy Messitt
I would give them a 0 if I could! I own a property in Knox Woods and cannot get ANYONE to call me back. Have left over 5 messages and numerous emails about a repair to the ceiling that they are responsible for (roof leaked 1 1/2 years ago) and also want to replace windows and they won’t respond to let us know what the guidelines are for replacement. If we put wrong ones in they will let us know ! They take our HOA every month!! terrible way to conduct business
