I recently needed my outdoor water spickets to be repaired by Gino. He was so pleasant and persistent to complete my job which turned out to be bigger problem than thought. His thoroughness has instilled complete confidence that I no longer have any problems. Although it's impossible to reach anyone by phone, I am pleased that Ray responded very promptly to an email. I received the exact material requested on a timely basis and was able to proceed with painting all of the trim on my townhouse.
I would recommend finding a different company or go without a management company. I have submitted two items that needed follow up and have heard nothing back. Complete waste of hoa funds. Chat GPT or copilot would do the same job and way less expensive. Stay away.
Contacting them is not easy. No one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message or a email, you have to wait 24 hours for a reply. I think you’ve all gotten too big for your britches and customer service is now a thing of the past.
