Heather Helmstadt, the Sentry manager, was wonderful. She understood my situation, was supportive, and empathetic.

I was dealing with an issue for over 2 months at my property. The new association manager Jim Leonard answered my concerns immediately and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Whether by intervention or coincidence, I was very happy with the sincere reply and willingness to help.
After this review the company called j us and we are Getting things moving…thank you for returning our calls so we could move forward. I would give them a 0 if I could! I own a property in Knox Woods and cannot get ANYONE to call me back. Have left over 5 messages and numerous emails about a repair to the ceiling that they are responsible for (roof leaked 1 1/2 years ago) and also want to replace windows and they won’t respond to let us know what the guidelines are for replacement.
