HOMEOWNERS BEWARE OF SENTRY - Horrendous first impression of Sentry. They’re disorganized, untrustworthy, and incompetent. They sent incorrect invoices with wrong dates, wrong amounts, and are very unhelpful. Instead of offering resolutions or any help, Sentry will blame others. Had I known of Sentry’s poor service and incompetence, I would have never moved to home that Sentry “manages.” I will be looking to move immediately as I can not fathom dealing with Sentry for years. Divisional President Brianna Massaconi and all of the Community Association Managers staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Office manager Colleen Knox is always pleasant and efficient. As a vendor, I am treated with respect and it is a pleasure to do business with Sentry Management.
I am new to the community, and I have attended to meetings with Brenna Nolan and so far I am impressed with her professionalism and the speed in which she handles situations when they are brought to her attention.
We recently had to contact Sentry due to a water issue in our townhouse. I emailed around 10 pm not expecting to hear back that night, however Brianna emailed me back around midnight and said she would contact the maintenance team and someone would be at our home first thing that morning. At 8:30 am someone was at our front door, problem was located and fixed within a couple hours. I can't say enough about the professionalism, caring, knowledgeable and prompt/efficient staff.
