Contacting them is not easy. No one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message or a email, you have to wait 24 hours for a reply. I think you’ve all gotten too big for your britches and customer service is now a thing of the past.

This company sucks!!! Jim Leonard is a freaking joke and the guy before him attached to Quackenbush.. Good luck to anyone living in that building. Update 3-24-26: Business still sucks..
