My mom recently passed away and I've been dealing with selling her home. I have received great support from both Tabitha and Montyne. Tabitha is our primary rep and has been quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. When she wasn't available, Montyne jumped in and was able to help me get signed into my account. I'm not sure if everyone at Sentry is as good as our reps, but these two have been incredibly kind and helpful.
On April 10 Waste Management fail to pick up our recycles. I called Sentry Management and was greeted by Erica, who contacted Waste Management and resolved the problem. Erica returned my call to report the resolution to the problem. Thank you!!
I had an issue with the panel above my garage lifting and Sentry came out in a timely fashion to make the repairs.
