Absolutely usless. They are allowing a high life-safety hazard to exist in my building by refusing to put a grate over the dryer vent, allowing bird nesting material to accumulate and risk a multi-occupancy structure fire to develop. Can't ever reach anyone on the phone. Have been calling my community manager for 3 months and they refuse to take action
