Sentry Management has been a wonderful upgrade to the past HOA management agency we used. Jan Gera in particular has provided timely reports, has handled board and yearly meetings with skill and total professionalism. We could not be more pleased with their services.

It's a pretty nice campground sites aren't packed too close together beautiful access to ponderay lake It has restrooms, then picnic tables setups at all the sites but no other utilities. It is definitely one of the quieter more established campgrounds in the area.
I work with Denise Tuttle on two different water systems and her professionalism is beyond compare. We are in contact weekly for many different reasons and I am always amazed at her knowledge and dedication to the task at hand. I don't know how I would keep things organized if she wasn't there to keep me straight.
I have had the pleasure of working with Tawnee Johnson at Sentry Management Inc for the last few months. She is very responsive and always attentive to any questions I have in regards to bidding hoa's. Definitely a great hoa management company for anyone who wants the very best care and attentiveness to detail.
