I called these people for months, and spoke to three separate individuals. I was just trying to correct a one cent error on my account that they were charging me late fees for. They couldn’t figure it out. I ended up figuring out, but they blamed me for the mistake. They did refund my money, but not after six months of brain damage. Have reached out repeatedly for over an entire year regarding a very serious concern. Repeatedly transferred to unhelpful staff, emails and “escalations” are never actually followed up with. Imagine living somewhere for a year, dealing with animals getting into the walls, and these folks can’t bother to respond. It’s disgusting
