I have had a wasp problem on my balcony since I moved in three years ago. Steps are finally being taken to address the problem since Jason came on board. Jaimie has done an excellent job in examining the problem and doing what he can to fix it. I can finally enjoy my balcony. Thank you to both Jaimie and Jason.
Maryann as well as Gary and Jason are incredible administrative staff members at the Peloton. They are professional, excellent problem solvers, and easy to work with. This is the best HOA team I have encountered.
Taking a moment to give credit where credit it due. My sincere appreciation to J.T., Jennifer Kinkead and Susan Horton for their due diligence in getting the walk way to my unit repaired. I know it wasn't easy on their part as it wasn't on mine. Keep up the great work you ARE appreciated and respected.
Sentry Management is hancuffed on what they can do because of the inconpetence of the HOA that governs the reseidence in which they oversee. Tennants are free to park, work on their vehicles, let their animals defecate in the common areas and toss their furniture in the dumpsters. Homeowners renting out units, are not held accountable. Yet, the HOA turns a blind eye while enforcing higher fees on homeowners doing their due diligence.
