I called these people for months, and spoke to three separate individuals. I was just trying to correct a one cent error on my account that they were charging me late fees for. They couldn’t figure it out. I ended up figuring out, but they blamed me for the mistake. They did refund my money, but not after six months of brain damage. Have reached out repeatedly for over an entire year regarding a very serious concern. Repeatedly transferred to unhelpful staff, emails and “escalations” are never actually followed up with. Imagine living somewhere for a year, dealing with animals getting into the walls, and these folks can’t bother to respond. It’s disgusting
Our HOA has partnered with Sentry Management for just under one year now. While there were some glitches as we established this new partnership, Sentry has been committed to correcting them as quickly as possible. The regional president, Susan Horton, is quite knowledgeable with all things related to HOA property management and she and her team are committed in providing our community with the level of service that we expect. We appreciate their hard work and commitment to excellence.
Dani and Sentry Management took over management of our building just under two years ago and they’ve had their work cut out for them because it's an older building and mostly rental student housing. Dani has really stepped up though to get things done and improve the building and grounds. I’m happy we have her there taking care of the place.
