Not only do they not care if they respond to you they lie. Not sure if the answering service has updated since the 90’s. It is clear they have no idea on what residents - their customers - want. They won’t even provide the guidelines for owners when they ask. The place is run by inept family members. They act like congress - refusing to take trash for weeks because they were on vacation. Never on site and pimping out elderly residents to tell tales. This is not a place for people who want a home.
They currently manage Fox Hollow Way Condominiums in Manchester NH. It has been snowing for the past 2 days since December 1 evening till December 3, 2019 amounting to about 21 inches and they haven't plowed the parking slots still. They promised to clear the parking spots December 4, morning, yes 3 days after since the snow started. Hundreds of families who diligently pay their condo fees are affected and inconvenienced in this community because of their "oversight".
