I Recommend Sentry LM Dealership – I highly recommend Sentry Lincoln Mercury dealership. I purchased my family SUV from them and I am very happy with my car. The sales staff was extremely polite and treated us well. They also took extra care in explaining all the features and specifications as well as the pros/cons of buying an SUV vs a normal car. Great dealership – We have bought our last three cars at Sentry Lincoln Mercury (which just moved down the street to Sentry Ford - I think they did it to reduce some cost in this economy, but all the same people are still there, and it's actually more convenient because the LM service department is now in the same building as rentals). A botched job from begining to end – I was in an accident a month and a half ago, the man that ran in to me caused severe damage. I towed my car to this dealership as the insurance company I use suggested them although now I have no idea why. From the day that they had my car the job was supposed to take 2 weeks, 5 days into the job I call to get a progress report from the body shop and they indicate that everything is on schedule this is the first in many lies that they told me.
