With the renewal of yet another lease (corsair), the service was also yet another 10 out of 10. 11/10 experience with our most recent service. Pick up and drop off with full video overview of the car. Everyone was great and the text message updates were excellent too. Very impressive experience.
Made a reservation on their website as well as that for a loaner vehicle but after arriving they told me reservation is only for drop off not for service and loaners are usually requested more than a month in advance. Can’t do any of this if you have an urgent problem rather than a service request! Maybe disclaimers on the website may help. I traveled from Salem to Medford believing I didn’t need a ride home and found that was not the case. They did, however, pay for an UBER to get me home.
First of all, my four star rating is really a 4.8! I’ve had work done there in the past and it was a 5! Mel is very professional and I don’t want to take anything away from him but Kerrin has always been my “go to” person! She is so pleasant and knowledgeable in dealing with not only the customer, but she’s focused on the problem at hand.
