Terrible insurance company. Their client did damage to my car and the refused to cover damages.
This company is a very poor choice. Go anywhere else. They tried to deny responsibility for their client smashing into my car. I may need blood pressure medication after having to talk with their adjuster
Good and easy to work with
Terrible customer service. Cost me $7000 because they took about 2 months to transfer my annuity account after repeatedly not returning phone calls for weeks and rates have dropped significantly. Stay away from them.
If I could give no stars I would. On the 21st of December a plumbing truck ran over my parked car. This insurance company specifically Ryan Widmar, has refused a rental car, refused a tow truck, they have refused to pay for damages to my brand new car purchased in September. All Ryan has achieved is communicating that he cannot help me after 12pm due to him needing to leave the office.
