I don't even know where to start. In a word, Sentry is horrible. The website is impossible to log into and calling them is an equally frustrating experience. It was 3:30 pm when I called, how are they closed. And dont bother leaving a message because they will not call you back. Please find another company to handle your 401k. I was with Sentry for years, they wanted to cover my workers comp as well as my business insurance. All of a sudden in October 2016 I get this letter stating they have canceled my policy because it no longer met their underwriting guidelines. I'm not even sure what that means, but since they canceled me I have had a very difficult time finding insurance because everyone looks at it as a laps in coverage.
