Scottsdale Insurance Co is awesome!!! This is an insurance company who listen to my concerns and gave me the best policy that met my needs. What a great experience! Their agent was very professional in his dealing with me. They answered and explained every question that I asked and was patient and attentive to my needs. Excellent work!!!

Not good
We have only had this policy since November 2021. A month later I got an e-mail from our personal insurance rep stating that they were threatening to cancel our policy if we didn't answer the following 5 questions. After I had already made a $400 first payment to them. We were not notified at all by phone, mail or e-mail that they had any questions to be answered. This insurance company if I got the right one is in a lot of trouble they wrote a policy for my friend's property then they canceled it and took it from full coverage to just liability but then did not send my friend and notice of this and then the building burned down so now I have to deal with these people to see how we're going to get a building out of them I'm probably going to have to hire a lawyer let me see how they have this on the deed you have to be careful with everybody today now I have to go after the insurance ... read more
