I have been a customer since March. Im extreamly happy with both jamie and Brandon They actually bend over backwards to help me. Ive heard them talking to other clients and the same respect is given to all. I wish my Doctor took care of me like this. Keep up the great work
Jamie was awesome! My mom needed some new tubing and she got it right away, plus asked questions that helped mom remember other things she needed. Then she looked at Mom's portable O2 which she had told Jaime was making noises. The unit was quickly swapped out for a new one with no fuss or questions. Jaime made the whole visit quick and easy and was so friendly!!
My Grandma had her main unit go out tonight (Easter Sunday). Justin was quick and efficient. He was also very kind and wasn’t upset we interfered with his holiday evening even though we felt awful. Thanks Justin!!!! Ashley and Carole
I came in this morning and was greeted by Heather. She listened to my complaint and fixed my issue with my oxygen unit. Heather was very professional and a great asset to the company.
1.Was on hold for 20 minutes just to ask a simple question! Hung up, called back and they answered, so I guess they forgot about me on my original call. 2. I don't use my machine because of the face mask giving me headaches and was told I am not allowed to get a different mask unless I want to pay 200+ more dollars. Wanted to return the machine so I don't get charged for renting a machine I don't use, but I can't simply do that. I have to go to my Dr. for a paper that says I have permission to return it. 🙄 3.
