From the moment I arrived, Jamie went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was friendly, efficient, and made the check in process effortless. The respiratory therapist, Brandon was exceptional. He was professional, compassionate and attentive to my needs. I was overwhelmed with all the new information, and he went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable. He created a seamless, reassuring experience that left me feeling cared for. They are a dedicated and caring team!
Went to Sentry Health in Show Low, AZ. for my sleep study review and CPAP orientation/training & fitting. It was a stroke of luck that I was assigned to meet with Respiratory Therapist Brandon K. Being my first exposure to CPAP therapy, I was not thrilled with the idea as such a seemingly invasive sleep method. Brandon immediately put me at ease, reviewing my study report with me. Easy access and lots of parking. Service oriented from the moment you step in the office. The Sentry Team were ready with my medical appliance, walked me through usage and I was done in literally minutes. Had to go back after a couple of weeks for a different mask, the on site tech Brandon K examined the pressure sensitive areas on my face and replaced my mask. Jamie P and Brandon K are caring professionals who make it all work seamlessly. Thank you.
I have been a customer since March. Im extreamly happy with both jamie and Brandon They actually bend over backwards to help me. Ive heard them talking to other clients and the same respect is given to all. I wish my Doctor took care of me like this. Keep up the great work
