Sentry installed a new furnace in 2019 and the gas switch went out. The part was covered however, service cost $505 for 20 minutes of work. Think of that ......$1000/hr for service!? For a part that is only 2 years old and was simple to replace. Robbery!
Sentry installed a new furnace 2 years ago. The gas switch went out, the part was covered under warranty however, they charged $505.00 for 20 minutes of work. That amounts to over $1000/hr of labor. Way overpriced. This is a 2 year old furnace they sold to us and installed.
