I won't bore everybody with the long story yet...Bottom line, they had my car for 119 out of 127 days because they couldn't do the work properly. For the last 3 months of that, they provided me with a loaner. The second time it was in the shop was for 3 weeks. They didn't have a loaner available. I was told I need to get one and **** will reimburse me for the time it was in the shop. They immediately authorize 40 dollars a day for 10 days. After waiting a few weeks to get in (understandable COVID has taken a toll on all of us) I finally managed to get my car in to replace the Heater Blend door actuator on my Fiesta ST. I was hoping it was still under warranty as it was a 2019 but was told by Sentry Ford that they can not check that warranty status over the phone and I would have to make an appointment. I dropped off my car for inspection. While the care was under their care a relay switch for my wipers went missing. The wipers worked 100% fine before dropping my car off, upon picking my car up they weren't. When I asked what they did to my car they claimed I dropped it off like that. This is 100% a lie. I dropped my car off with the wipers in perfect working order. Plus, relay switches don't just go missing. Someone at *************** took the relay switch out of my car.
