Hi. We had a problem with a light switch in our kitchen. Steve S. fixed the switch in a timely manner and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the ceiling fan, WHICH WAS OVER 30 YEARS OLD, blew out the very next day resulting in us calling him back. It was just bad timing for the light fixture too choose that moment to fail. Sentry Electric was a lifesaver! After a recent fire the cleaning company sent me an electrician who wouldn't answer questions, wouldn't get to the work, and bid the job at almost 3x more than the Sentry Electrician. 4 days of messing around with the other company, I gave up. I called Sentry on Thursday afternoon. They sent out a guy first thing Friday morning, he asked what I wanted, told me what I needed, bid the work, did the work, answered questions, was friendly and finished that day. This is the 2nd time we've used Sentry. The price is right, the staff is great, the service is perfect. We were appreciative of the precautions they took to protect our home by wearing shoe covers and putting down a mat for their tools and were very impressed with the work they did. Thank you Sentry!
Very Happy with the Service – Sentry Electric was great to work with. The electrician that came to our house was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. They gave us a price before doing the work and explained what they were going to do before doing it. We will use Sentry Electric again and recommend them to our friends and family!
We had a great experience with Sentry Electric. They were prompt and did great work. They wore booties over their shoes to protect our floors from dirt and put down a mat to put their tools on so our floors didn't get any scratches. They had to cut a hole in the wall to put in a new outlet and they cleaned up the dust from that afterwards too! Their prices are reasonable and we will work with them again!
The electrician was terrific! The job was done in a timely and efficient manner and the project was completed exactly as we imagined. We are thrilled with the results! I have recommended this electrician and Sentry to my friends and family and intend to continue doing so.
