This place sent 8 letters to my prior residence on December 1st 2021 with my last name spelled totally wrong claiming that I’m in debt with Nordstrom. I am not in any debt with Nordstrom. My Nordstrom account is clear as I haven’t even used it in over a year and has always been clear. I never even opened a credit card with them. It was impossible for me to acquire any kind of debt if I never had a credit card. This place seems to be thriving off of scamming. Be aware.
Scam credit agency. On 1 December 21 I received a statement from Sentry Credit, Inc., Everett, WA stating I had an amount that was referred to Sentry for collection. I contacted the company (Nordstrom's) who had supposedly referred my balance due to Sentry. Nordstrom Customer Service confirmed that not only was my balance a $0 balance, that we had not used their credit card nor had we made any purchases from Nordstrom (using our independent credit card) since 2019. The people at Sentry Credit, in their manager's own words are noticed by consumers as "incompetent". Absolutely true! My husband and I have accounts there, and when I would call to make payments on both our accounts (same day, same call) they would apply the payment only on my account, even when I would specifically ask if part of the payment was being applied to his account and my account, and Sentry Credit would confirm, yes.
