The online banking is a nightmare. I had "technical problem...contact customer service" literally every time I logged in. Finally switched to paper statements, at $2/month. (We only have three withdrawals set here so it's pretty consistent except for a random check written.) Our daily banking is elsewhere and we have fabulous online options.
Great customer service every time I stop in. Easy to use mobile banking. I love not having to jump through hoops to finally get in contact with a human on the phone. Great bank!!
