For the most part, they have been great. I am running into issues with the PMI removal now. It seems that in order to remove it, they ask you to pay a larger fee for an in home appraisal. They pick the appraisal company and control who does it. It all feels a little biased. Working through this with them has also been impersonal and it feels like they truly don't care.
