I am so pleased with my experience! Steve was on time, friendly, professional, and thorough with his work. He made sure to explain to me the condition of my air ducts/dryer vent, explain the process, and answer any of my questions. Him and his team made sure to put everything back and clean up. Their price was competitive, reasonable, and definitely worth their service. Would highly recommend!
Sentry Air Duct Cleaners team showed up on time, were very clean through the whole duct cleaning process. Explained what they would be doing and how long they expected it to take. These guys are amazing! Very professional and even went above and beyond by finding and fixing a loose connection in the back of my dryer that was releasing hot air and lint into my laundry room room. They fixed it as well as cleaned the ducts quickly and at a reasonable price. If you need your ducts cleaned, look no further.
These guys are wonderful to work with! I am a full time working mom, so I appreciated all the follow up, day before and when they were on their way. They were incredibly thorough and it is bananas that are found in dryer vents. He made sure everything was put back, and I am just so happy with the service. I would use them again and recommend them.
