Amazing guy. Didn't get to work with them in the end but his willingness to help and even refer to another window place was/is very commendable!
Sentry Windows (and Doors) did great work for us. A few years back they Replaced our basement windows, very safe and lots of light! Last year they replaced our door to the garage and installed new locks. Ask for Doug. His crew were skilled craftsman, and highly professional.
Doug was very responsive when I replaced all my doors and windows two years ago. I would of given him 3 stars because the windows and doors were nice but I am not happy with the sills they installed on the outside of the windows. they all hold water on them up against the caulk. when I pointed one out, all they did was put another sheet of aluminum over the existing sill and it has the same problem. I am giving him 1 star in this review because now I have a warped door, and a broken pane on my sliding glass door he installed... read more
Doug, the owner gave me an estimate for two windows, and said it would be 3 weeks until they would install them. 2 months later I called him and he said he had a really big job going, but he does have the windows. Two months later (AGAIN) no phone call.I texted him. I got nothing, no apology, no information. He is not dependable. I would NOT RECOMEND TO ANY ONE.
