This complaint is specifically about one of the staff at Sentrex, Maeesha Mostaq who introduced herself as affiliated with your pharmacy. My father had to access a patient support program whereby Sentrex would supply his medication between March to August of 2026. She was supposed to help us navigate enrolment for his special access therapeutic. In our two interactions with her, Maeesha Mostaq was incredibly rude and inappropriate.
