Great location, plenty of amenities, clean facilities! Very enjoyable stay!
We had a fantastic experience at the Sentral. We had a wedding block, and everyone loved the large rooms, sitting areas and kitchens, and also the fantastic pool and hot tub, incredible gym, and general public spaces. The staff was fantastic at getting everyone to their room efficiently and anytime we made a request, the staff did what they could and made it happen. Nice clean room, great location. Check in was a bit confusing and finding initial parking was difficult but once you got your spot was pretty darn convenient while there!
Complicated. The entire hotel feels like you've entered an Escape Room. The staff is patient and kind but navigating the hotel is complicated, The team who designed the IT structure missed the mark and does not know hospitality. Add to that, our room did not have a TV in the bedroom... ??? What was the thought behind this? I'd love to know. Whatever it is, you need to think like a guest and what we want. We paid nealry $1,000.00 for two nights and no tv in the bedroom.
My Fiance and I were displaced from our apartment for a month after it flooded. We were so lucky to be placed at Sentral because specifically the front desk is staffed with fantastic people. Nic especially when above and beyond for us whenever we needed anything, big shoutout to him. The staff treated us with kindness, especially understanding the stressful circumstances we were in.
