I had the most wonderful experience at Sentral SoBro Apartments. The staff was extremely helpful assisting me, since I've just arrived in from North Carolina, knowing nothing about the fob Keycafe Smart Box. But the Sales Specialist La Quantae Falls, took the time to give me a walk-through of the unit, explained and demonstrated the Keycafe system. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The security the guard that was there Wednesday morning officer Midgett was extremely friendly and helpful. Everytime we came back to the hotel he was very welcoming.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE, lock 👏🏼 your 👏🏼 door 👏🏼. It won't lock on its own. We had a drunk woman walk into our apartment in the middle of the night. If you have a long stay, expect to wash all your own linen and towels. Housekeeping is $150. Other than that, pool is great, perfect location 15 min walk from broadway. No front desk also, self check in!

Overall, our stay was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again. The room size, amenities, and price were what sold us. Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony, and large walk-in closet made it feel more like a brand-new studio apartment than a typical hotel room. I gave 5/5 stars for nearly everything. My only suggestion for improvement is the pre-check-in communication regarding parking.
