I arrived to Sentral Sobro on September 19th and had a truly terrible experience. We arrived and requested an early check in and then we were told that they had one room available early. Great! I paid the $75 early check in deposit and all was well until 20 minutes later another guest entered into our room. 10 minutes later someone from the hotel came and told me the room was double booked, and we had to leave the room. Disaster! Staying for a few days and no water. No water and no communication! No water coming out of any sinks etc. No one trying to move the room. It’s insane and we will never stay here again. Ruined our trip because we have no shower or any water.

Booked a room, no rooms available when we came to check in. Why keep them available ? Manager was not happy we woke them up. But no rooms not a good look.

I had the most wonderful experience at Sentral SoBro Apartments. The staff was extremely helpful assisting me, since I've just arrived in from North Carolina, knowing nothing about the fob Keycafe Smart Box. But the Sales Specialist La Quantae Falls, took the time to give me a walk-through of the unit, explained and demonstrated the Keycafe system. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The security the guard that was there Wednesday morning officer Midgett was extremely friendly and helpful. Everytime we came back to the hotel he was very welcoming.
