If you have any kind of medical issues or older and may need a handicap spot or may need an ambulance to come pick you up I would never recommend this place at any given time. The fire lanes are blocked. There’s a white Porsche that’s been in the three hour handicap that I need using it as their own personal parking space I’ve been begging for two weeks for them to move this car they will not your owners are in violation of major city codes that are connected to your permit to operate this building. Dirty, no housekeeping, you have to download an app to pay to park. Think moldy ceilings, stained bedding, random hairs that aren't mine everywhere especially bathroom/bedding, most outlets don't work, thick layer of dust or sticky grime on all surfaces/walls/baseboards, body wash is empty, broken off door stoppers laying around, heavily stained carpet. For those leasing, I would encourage you to read the other recent reviews of people that have all moved out. The management here is super bizarre. Definitely not the kind of place you’d feel comfortable living in. Stay far away.

One of the strangest leasing processes I’ve ever been through. We decided to withdrawal our application after countless invasive requests for information. We started at 3 months of bank statements and 2 tax returns. We also had to connect our bank account and provide complete access. Then they wanted 3 more bank statements and 2 more tax returns on top of it. They called my husband “unemployed”, when in reality we own a very successful business. I lived here as a resident for 1 year before moving to a different apartment. Pros: Great location Decent common areas Pleasant staff Community events Cons: Very noisy if your unit faces Scottsdale rd or the Mercedes dealership. People racing on the street at late hours and the Mercedes service department starts clanging around at 6am Small pool Gym is less than adequate and equipment is always broken Multiple airbnbs lower sense of community and created a noisy environment.
