Got the entire HVAC installation for a new residential home done from Sentral HVAC i.e. ductwork, HRV, furnace, and AC installation along with gas line work and fireplace installation. Through out the process they were thorough professionals, communicative, and timely. Would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling work.
DO NOT TRUST! Doyle broke a wire in my basement gas fireplace and then never came back to fix it. He said would be back the next day then cancelled, and then again the following week then cancelled, then he ghosted me entirely. Originally, he was there to check a gas leak, which he said there was nothing wrong with and never charged me for it. In exchange for doing nothing he ended up breaking the entire system, which no longer turns on due to broken wire.
We are builders and our experience with Sentral HVAC was as good as it can get with another sub trade. They did the entire HVAC work installation at our project I.e. custom ductwork, radian heating and boiler, erv/hrv, ac installation, furnace installation, fireplace installation, and running the gas lines. Very happy with their work and customer service.
