Terrible, just absolutely terrible. From the check-in process that took 2 hours to get checked in and get to my room with no one onsight or available by phone, text or email that can actually help you (you can just hang out outside), to the advertised included breakfast that didn't exist, to the hallway that smelled of a mixture of thrown up margaritas and tequila shots, garbage, weed, and cat pee, to the parking that I pre-paid a month ago (yes you have to pay extra to park) that they cancelled at the last minute without an... read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Sentral Alloy Midtown. When I arrived, the room was not clean. There was hair in the bed, what appeared to be blood stains, and urine residue in the room. The condition of the unit was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the property’s cleaning standards and attention to guest health and safety. I expected a clean and sanitary environment. We rented an apartment there while a family member attends nursing school. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Marquis, who went out of his way to be helpful. He was genuinely concerned about us having a good experience.
Beautiful space let down by terrible staff. We attempted to check-in at 6pm. With my wife parked out front, they gave her a riddle-esk experience to gain access to the onsite parking. We had to download an app that didn't resolve the situation. We then attempted to check into our room. Midway through the check-in process, the reception staff randomly ran across the reception, outside & into the darkness.
