GREAT STAFF
I did the rapid test on Amsterdam Ave in Manhattan and never got results. I was going to email them but after reading the reviews here I guess it'll be a waste of time.
I been waiting 3 days already for my daughter results and nothing and until she doesn’t get the results she can’t go back to school this is the worse place to take a COVID test and I call this number is busy they don’t answer so I think this is a scam I guess I will have to go to another place and do my daughter COVID test
This place is a scam I did my daughter and I testing yesterday the person barely spoke English, I got our rapid test results which was negative now I’m waiting on my PCR results and nothing. I tried emailing them and the email came back saying it’s blocked, the number I called isn’t working like what’s going on. Don’t go to this tent if you see it I highly believe it’s a scam
I went to a covid test tent for both rapid and PCRs. The person spoke no english so we had to use google translate to figure out when and how to get results and all communication. I was assured I would receive results next day. Nothing. I called the 2 numbers she had pointed to on the tent (I took a picture) and one from their website. All went to non functioning vm's.
