Dr. Chen and her team are amazing. This is a small dental office with a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about their patients and each other. I needed urgent dental care on a Saturday, and they were able to see me right away. Even more impressive, they completed all the necessary procedures during the same visit instead of having me come back for another appointment. Very accomodating and professional, highly recommend!
The entire staff was very friendly patient and they actually listened. What I wasn’t happy about was after the procedure, The staff took photos with their personal cell phone of the after procedure, and I wasn’t happy about that as clients, This should only be done if you give authorization to do so other than that, the staff is very nice.
Dr.Chen is competent and professional. She can quickly detect the problems of a patient’s teeth and provide solutions. She takes time to listen, to check, and to clean. I didn’t feel rushed here like I did at previous dental clinics. The best thing about her practice is that she sees patients on Saturdays!
