During a stressful move for me, Heather was amazing. She was upbeat and helpful with finding me the perfect size storage unit for my things. The unit itself was spacious, clean and dry, and very secure. I highly recommend Sentinel Storage!!! Their “pay the Admin fee and stay one month for free” is an incredibly good deal if like me, you only need it for a couple of weeks!! Thank you Heather for everything.
Staff are so helpful and the entire process was very user friendly!! The unit was clean and the hours open were great!!
I can’t even begin to express The appreciation I have for these ladies Heather and Cindy have gone above and beyond to accommodate my craziness they showed me compassion kindness and understanding. Helped work with me to find a locker to accommodate all the things I needed, but yet helped me to work within my budget. If you ever need to rent a locker this is place you need to go.
The staff are very efficient courteous and helpful. The facility is very clean and organized. The entire lot is secure with cameras and chain link fence and barbed wire . I feel my unit is safe and would recommend sentinal to people I know Thank you to Cindy and Heather for all your help.
Sentinel storage is so reliable, and when you call and get heather, she's the most helpful person there is to deal with! This company has compassion care and very comprehensive customer support! I'll probably never have another storage company. As good as this.
