Never mind 5 stars, I say 10 stars for JORDAN at the 485 Diamond Ave location in Spruce Grove! From the "get go", Jordan was so kind and helpful. When we were struggling to logistically fit our items into the storage unit, Jordan went waaaaayyy "above and beyond" in helping us! He has no idea what a difference he made in what was already a tough situation... well done Sentinel in hiring such an "upstanding" young man!
Was promised a heated unit and offered a smaller one for a temporary basis. Never got the heated unit and was moved to a satellite location with uneven pavement and significantly steep incline around the perimeter. Also was forced to pay for one of their locks at $20 because of the type of locks they’ve had installed a normal lock doesn’t work. Had to pull everything out before the snow really thawed as water was penetrating into the unit. Also found that my lock was not locked anymore this past weekend meaning my unit wasn’... read more
